Less than a week left to submit your MetroParks Trail Challenge Log

Time’s almost up! The 2023 MetroParks Trails Challenge ends on Oct. 31, when trail logs are due. Participants should be proud of exploring new trails and trying new outdoor recreation activities this year.

Your MetroParks wants to be sure to reward a few lucky Trails Challenge adventurers, but in order to do so you must submit your trail logs online.

No matter how many trails you completed, you could qualify to win one of the following prizes:

  • Check off just one trail and be entered to win a $100 gift card to a local outdoor retailer of your choosing. For each trail you complete, you’ll receive a different entry (28 trails completed, 28 chances to win!)
  • Check off just one bike trail for your chance to win a Huffy Bike.
  • Everyone who completes at least 18 trails will receive a MetroParks Trails Challenge Sticker. Additionally, 100 people who complete at least 18 trails will be selected at random to receive a 2023 Trails Challenge T-shirt.
  • Youth ages 14 and younger who complete just one trail will be entered to win a Kid’s Adventure Pack, which includes cool outdoor gear. Youth receive one entry for each trail they complete. (28 trails completed, 28 chances to win!)

Winners of our grand prizes will be contacted by phone, with those who win T-shirts and stickers being contacted via email and advised of pick-up dates. When submitting your information online, be sure to provide correct email and telephone numbers.
