About Paint-A-Park
With the help of Old Scratch Pizza – Cones For a Cause, we have developed the Paint-A-Park program to provide an outlet for improving mental health- encouraging participants to slow down, be in the moment, and take time to explore the beauty they find in nature. We encourage participants to explore new parks, see their favorite park in new ways and celebrate the natural beauty that can be found in their neighborhood.
You are invited to join us the first week of each month this summer for the Paint-A-Park series of programs. Art supplies will be provided to on site, and participants will be given the opportunity to share their artwork on our digital gallery. Weather Dependent.
Paint-A-Park Digital Gallery
This program helps to amplify voices and perspectives that often go unheard by giving all participants the opportunity to share their art on our digital gallery. Each piece submitted is a representation of what people from all over our region find meaningful: a tapestry of the natural beauty within our region, and a celebration of those varied perspectives and experiences.
