Go green this April with Earth DayTON

Five Rivers MetroParks is partnering with the city of Dayton, Dayton Regional Green, Montgomery County and the Sustainable Ohio Public Energy Council to offer a new way for the public celebrate Earth Month this April.

Earth DayTON invites people of all ages to participate in events, community clean ups, educational opportunities and more from mid-April through early May for the chance to win a sustainability gift basket.

Simply download the calendar of events and Earth DayTON passport to begin. There are two options to submit proof of participation:

  • Virtual: Take a picture and each event and submit them via the city of Dayton’s online form
  • Printable/Drop off: Print out the passport linked here or pick up a passport at the first event you attend. Collect a signature from each event organizer. Once completed, take a picture of your complete passport and submit it via the city of Dayton’s website or return it to City Hall, 101 W. Third Street, addressed to Meg Maloney, sustainability specialist.
