Outdoor Recreation at MetroParks

The outdoor recreation department at Five Rivers MetroParks offers a new way to play for Dayton and the surrounding region. Opportunities to improve your skill level and explore outdoor pursuits such as kayaking, backpacking, rock climbing, fly-fishing, cycling and more abound through classes, trips, events and competitions. We strive to bring the outdoor community together by building outdoor recreation facilities to make Dayton a stronger, more vibrant place to live.
