Non-Profit Organization Discount Application
Local non-profit organizations, government and educational institutions directly serving the citizens or Montgomery County are eligible to receive a 50% discount off the base rate for the temporary use of Five Rivers MetroParks facilities. This policy applies to routine permits for shelters and campsites, event permits, and rental of various indoor facilities, excluding the RiverScape MetroPark pavilion and ice rink.
- Non-profit organizations must upload their IRS 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) Tax Determination Letter or other documentation to prove current non-profit status before submitting this application. Organizations that do not meet criteria or cannot provide such evidence will not receive a discount.
- Government and educational (primary, secondary, and post-secondary) institutions must upload a letter of request on agency letterhead stating the request for the discount.
The organization requesting a discount must complete and submit an organization discount application request at least 14 business days in advance of the reservation or event date.
