2020 Ride of the Week Wrap-up

Week One: Wegerzyn MetroPark to Deeds Point MetroPark

Start: Park at Wegerzyn Gardens MetroPark, 1301 E. Siebenthaler Ave.

This ride to Deeds Point Metropark and back is 6.4 miles. This ride begins on the Stillwater River Trail and takes you past Deweese Park to the Great Miami River Trail. You will ride past Triangle Park and Island MetroPark on your way to Deeds Point MetroPark, where you will have a great view of downtown Dayton.

Week Two: Wolf Creek Trail

Start: Trotwood Train Depot, 2 E. Main St., Trotwood.

Week Three: Eastwood MetroPark to Huffman MetroPark

No pancakes, no problem! This week’s ride goes 3.5 miles from Eastwood MetroPark (Springfield St. Entrance) to Huffman MetroPark at Miami Conservancy District’s Huffman Dam.

Week Four: Great-Little Trail to the Great Miami Riverway

This 4.25 mile ride takes you from The Park at Austin Landing Miamisburg OH on the Great-Little Trail through Five Rivers MetroParks Medlar Conservation Area to the intersection with the Great Miami River Trail along the Great Miami Riverway. We also look at options to Explore Miamisburg if you want a 7 mile ride or you could finish at Crains Run Park of Miami Township, Montgomery County, Ohio after a 5.25 mile ride.
