Deeds Point MetroPark is located at the convergence of the Mad and Great Miami Rivers,
this smaller MetroPark provides great views of downtown Dayton and the rivers that
pass it borders.

There are no restrooms at this facility. The park is accessible to all amenities
of the park with exception of the fountain tower.

Directions
From I-75 take Stanley Ave. west until it dead ends at Helena St. and turn right.
At North Bend Blvd., turn left; pass the Kettering Fields diamonds until road forks
to the right. Area to the right is Deeds Point.

Take route 17 north on Main Street through downtown. This route will past Deeds
Point MetroPark on Webster Street.

Deeds MetroPark lies at the junction of the Mad River and the Great Miami River
and has wonderful views of the City of Dayton. A variety of migratory and resident
birds can birds can be seen there.
