At Five Rivers MetroParks, we’ve got as many events and cultural activities scheduled as we have wooded trails. From live local musicians at intimate lunch locations to main stage regional acts under the pavilion at RiverScape, there are options for every taste.

RiverScape Pavilion

Intimate performances happen regularly throughout the summer at RiverScape MetroPark. Take a break from the hustle and bustle for live lunchtime music and a rotating cast of food trucks on the banks of the Great Miami River from May – September. Summer also features larger big band, progressive bluegrass, and R&B concerts on select Thursday nights in the pavilion. Bring your own chair as seating is limited during these events.

Festival Grounds at RiverScape MetroPark

RiverScape expands to the surrounding streets for large-scale community festivals such as the Celtic Festival and the City of Dayton’s Lights in Flight. Streets fill with stages for music and entertainers, as well as vendors featuring cultural displays, food trucks, and merchandise. A festival-goer’s delight!

2nd Street Market

Fill your Saturday mornings with live music at the 2nd Street Market! Visitors to this one-of-a-kind, European-inspired market will discover unique items from more than 40 vendors, many featuring local foods or sustainable products. Grab a bite and listen to local musicians in the dining room, where they play each Saturday year-round from 10 AM to 1 PM.

Note: the Market is currently open outdoors and on a smaller scale. Visit on Saturdays to shop from local farmers. For up-to-date hours visit the Market’s page.
