For all fitness levels, this class introduces fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. Participants will learn some basic asanas (postures) and breath awareness and the powerful cross-training benefits of practice, from injury prevention to improved mental focus.

Kathi is a founding co-owner and -director of Practice Yoga, LLC, in the Oregon Arts District since June 2008. Kathi teaches Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Prenatal, Postnatal and Baby & Me yoga and is one of very few Ohio instructors to specialize in Mamaste® Prenatal Yoga. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Ohio University (and loves to write about yoga!). Kathi takes an integrative approach to her practice and teaching, incorporating philosophy, pranayama, meditation and other traditional practices as well as asana.
