Paul Schmieck wrote “the best way to increase bicycle use is to create a climate where bicyclists are considered by all to be legitimate users of any road..” Program will discuss a new and existing sign with educational programs to help cyclist ride confidently, legally, and safely.

Dan Carrigan is a professional librarian from the Dayton, Ohio area, active in his local village bicycle committee and all season bike-to-work commuter. He is a member of the Dayton Cycling Club, Ohio Bicycle Federation board and league of American Bicyclists certified Cycling Instructor.
