Springer, MD Presentation:  Mosquito Borne Illnesses Back to presentation schedule Dr. Springer is an avid outdoorsman, hiker, and bicyclist.  He is an assistant professor at the WSU Department of Emergency Medicine, and Director of the Division of Tactical Emergency Medicine, providing and overseeing medical care for multiple law enforcement agencies.
