THE ADVENTURE SUMMIT FITNESS STUDIO


Adventure Summit

The Student Union Fitness Center is located in room 094 of the Student Union. During the Adventure Summit weekend, this area features several fitness sessions geared toward accelerating your heart rate, calming your soul and living a healthy, active lifestyle. 

Fitness Sessions are offered on Saturday from 10:00 am – 5:15 pm. Bring your athletic clothing, fitness shoes and stamina as these are some of the most active sessions of the Summit.  Bring a towel to wipe off the sweat from these fun and challenging programs. Locker-room facilities are available. Instructors will lead sessions to assure the safety of all participants while offering tips to maximize the positive effects of your session. Many of the instructors will have videos for purchase in the expo area.

The Student Union Fitness Center is also home to the Adventure Summit Indoor Triathlon sponsored by Up and Running. Visit our competitions page for more information.

10-11am: Live Life to the Plus - Juice Plus
11:15-12:15: Boot Camp Core Blasting - Balconi
12:30-1:30: Closed
1:45-2:45: Circuit/Speed and Agility - Balconi
3-4pm: Sports Yoga and Body Weight Strength to do anywhere - Balconi
4:15-5:15pm: Cycle Fit Workout: Awesome cardiovascular workout on specially designed stationary cycles
