Ash Tree Trek
Using a GPS receiver and MetroParks maps, find the 10 champion ash trees listed in our Ash Tree Trek brochure and you'll be entered to win a free tree seedling. Ash Tree Trek rubbing submissions need to be turned in no later than April 22.

Each of the champion ash trees have a green metal tag, 3 1/2 inches by 1 3/4 inches attached at eye level to help identify them.

Get rubbings from all 10 champion ash tree treated tree tags. Do not take rubbings of the tree itself. You must take rubbings of the tags. You can collect rubbings in the space provided in the brochure.

After collecting all 10 rubbings, take or mail the brochure to:

Cox Arboretum MetroPark:
6733 Springboro Pike
Dayton, Ohio 45449

Winners will be notified about when and where to pick up their awards.
