How to Register for Five Rivers MetroParks Programs Online

Go to the Five Rivers MetroParks Home Page and choose “Get Outside” from the main
navigation. Here, you can choose your interest in “Things to See & Do” by date,
interest group or type of activity. Choose your area of interest to find a list
of activities.

Once you find your activity of interest, check to see if it has a “Register” button.
If it does, you may register online. If it does not, you may not need to register
for the program or you can make your reservations by calling the phone number listed.
Please check the listing for further instruction. If the program you are interested
in has a “Register” button, click it to be taken to our new online registration
site.

On the online registration site, you will need to create a new account if you have
not registered online with MetroParks before. To check if you already have an account
with us, click on the “My Account” tab, click the “Forgot my Password” link, enter
your email address and click “Go.” If you are already in the system, you will receive
a message that indicates an email has been sent to you with your log in information.
If your email address is not in the system, you will be informed that it could not
be found. You will need to create a new account to start the registration process.
- To create a new account, click on the “My Account” tab again and select the “Create
New Account” button at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to provide the
following information for yourself and any other members of your family that may
be interesting in registering for MetroParks programs:
- Name
- Gender
- Birth date
- Address
- County
- Phone number
- Email address - You may mark your email address as “private” if you do not wish
to be contacted by MetroParks for any other reason beyond program registration.
Only one email address per family is kept on file.
- To add additional Family members, click the “Add Client” button. To complete account
setup, click the “Complete” button. Once you have created an account, you will receive
a login ID and pin for future registrations.

When you have your log in information, return to the activity that you were interested
in to begin registration. If you are no longer on the web page for that specific
activity, you can locate it again by clicking the Activities tab, then clicking
the type of program, type of activity, and specific activity name. Choose the “Register”
link to return to the registration process.

Select the name of the registrant from the drop down box (you or a family member).
You can register for another program for yourself or another family member by clicking
the “Continue Shopping” link, or you can complete the registration process by clicking
“Go to Checkout”. If there is a fee involved with your activity, you will need to
enter a credit card number before clicking “Complete Transaction.”

You will be able to print a receipt for your registrations.
