GIVE A HELPING HAND AT THE MIAMI VALLEY CYCLING SUMMIT
We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to help at the 2011 Miami Valley Cycling Summit on Friday, May 20th.  Volunteer opportunities are available for everyone from the hardcore outdoor enthusiast to the novice armchair adventurer.  We just need some available extra hands.  The only requirement is that you are willing to have a great time while being immersed in the local cycling culture. 

Shifts available:
General Event Set-up – Help put up banners, set up bike valet, and prepare rooms

  • 7:30 am – 9:00 am

Registration & Information Central – Help register folks as they enter, provide schedules, and answer any questions

  • 8:30 am – 11:00 am
  • 10:45 am – 1:45 pm
  • 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Bike Valet – Help check-in bikes, provide tickets to cyclists, and watch over bikes throughout your shift

  • 8:30 am – 11:00 am
  • 10:45 am – 1:45 pm
  • 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Event Tear-down – Help clean up, load vehicles, and take down signage

  • 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Grassroots Social – Help with ID bands, drink sales, and other needs (Must be 21)

  • 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
