Join in the festivities while helping to promote the local cycling culture by volunteering for the Bike to Work Day Pancake Breakfast! Five Rivers MetroParks needs volunteers on May 18, 2012 at RiverScape MetroPark to host a free pancake breakfast for hundreds of commuters. Volunteer opportunities are available for everyone from the experienced outdoor enthusiast to the novice armchair adventurer. Volunteers will leave knowing they have supported active, healthy lifestyles and have contributed to making Dayton “The Adventure Capital of the Midwest!”

Many shifts are available:

Volunteer Orientation
Anyone interested in volunteering should attend the event orientation on Tuesday, May 8th at RiverScape MetroPark, 6-7:30pm. Contact Carolyn Wamsley at carolyn.wamsley@metroparks.org or 937-343-5748 to register.

Additional Opportunities
If you are unable to volunteer at the event, you can still help! Volunteer to help with our Street Team efforts promoting and advertising to the public before the event.
