Fitness Programs: Hike for the Health of it

Get outside this spring and hike your way to a healthier lifestyle. This popular hiking series is offered year-round on Saturdays. Participants completing 10 hikes will recieve a ballcap.

These hikes move at a brisk pace and are not recommended for those that prefer a more leisurely-paced hike. Terrain varies from site to site and some is rugged. Participants are encouraged to wear hiking boots, not tennis shoes.
