Designed for all ages and levels of fitness, stretch your limits by combining physicality and mental focus in this session that will ease your body beyond your perceived limits. The routine will be based on your own perceived effort rather than trying to compete with your neighbors. Enjoy scenic photos, videos, and reflections from Phil’s 48-state bike tour.

Phil Nagel is a self-trained ultra marathon cyclist that continues to push his limits in long distance road cycling performance. In the summer of 2009 Phil completed an 8170 mile solo ride through all of the 48 contiguous U.S. states in just 56 Days, 10 hours – Setting a world record for the fastest time to complete such a journey.
