Learn how to use the fitness ball to get a total body workout. This class will incorporate exercises for the abs, arms, chest, back and legs. Plus, we’ll play some fun games that the whole family will enjoy.

Dalia Kennedy has been teaching yoga and fitness classes since 2001.  She is an ACSM certified Health and Fitness Specialist.  Dalia has taught fitness classes at Wright State University, local gyms and for volunteer programs for at-risk youth.  Dalia enjoys finding ways to make exercise enjoyable and accessible to everyone.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
