Tom Helbig
Outdoor Recreation Special Events and Development Coordinator for MetroParks:
A modern day Peter Pan, Tom possesses a true adventurous spirit, passion for teaching others, and strives to live each day to its fullest making him and excellent partner on any adventure.  During the day Tom is the mastermind behind the largest outdoor festivals in the Midwest and when he isn't developing new ways to inspire others to get outside he is most likely on the river, fly rod in hand, riding his bike to work, or dipping his paddle blade in a beautiful body of water.  Tom has a great passion for helping others, especially working with the disabled and those just dying to learn something new.  Beyond outdoor adventure Tom is an avid sports fan and loves a pick-up game of basketball with friends and rounding the bases in the local baseball league.  The Great Allegheny Passage trail was just one of Tom's many adventures on his bucket list and he enjoys nothing more than checking them off each year with his friends and family.

Andy Williamson:  Dayton, Ohio
Five Rivers MetroParks Outdoor Recreation Manager
Andy is an avid outdoor enthusiast, proud father and husband.  You name it, he enjoys it related to the outdoors.  However, his first love is bikes!  He loves everything about bikes and all styles of riding;  road, mountain, touring, recreational and commuting.  Andy's passion is to help make our region more bike friendly and raise awareness for the economic and quality of life benefits this strategy can provide to communities. Look for him riding on a local trail, bikeway or road near you.  If you are lucky you can spot him in his patented tie dye bike shorts.
