This will be an overview of the challenges as well as an approach to keeping safe when working in an aquatic medium. It will encompass a wide variety of topics, to include the threats of a water environment and SCUBA diving injuries as well as an approach to dealing with the living threats- plants and animals- that one might find there as well.

Jackie is an Emergency Medicine Resident at Wright State while an active duty Air Force Officer. She is a hopelessly addicted traveler and enjoys keeping active in the outdoors, whether it be in the mountains or the sea.
